- We recently did a 100% perfund for a salon. The approval was application only for the expansion of the existing salon. The prefunding was necessary to meet the vendors requirements to order the specialized furniture. The total amount leased was $ 44,000 for 48 months.
- We just completed a $550,000 lease for 36 months with a $1.00 purchase option at lease end for a small restaurant chain in Texas. This was their seventh location. Their excellent financial statement allowed us to provide this financing at a payment rate of 8%.
- Sometimes it is hard to finance new trucks for companies with less than 5 years in business. We did , however, provide financing for 6 new Volvos at a cost of $ 660,000 for less that a 10% finance rate.
